1. Behaviour & Conduct

1.1 Respect Others
Treat players respectfully at all times. No harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or any form of targeted abuse.

1.2 No Hate Speech
Racism, slurs, extremist symbols, or any hateful language is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Keep Chat Reasonable
No excessive spamming, loud arguments, doxxing, sexual content, or attempts to incite drama. Light trash talk is fine; personal attacks are not.

1.4 No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be staff, creators, or other players.

2. Allowed Gameplay

Here’s what is allowed (because the server is meant to stay chaotic and fun):

• PvP, ambushes, traps, hunting
• Raiding, stealing, breaking into bases
• Teleport traps (unless used for harassment)
• Redstone farms and automation (as long as they don’t break the server)
• Clans, teams, alliances, betrayals
• Most mods, clients, and PvP enhancements

The only limit is if something crashes, lags, or damages the server. Otherwise, play how you want.

3. Cheating & Clients

Since the only protection is the AntiCheat plugin, the rule is simple:

3.1 No hacks that bypass AntiCheat
If AntiCheat flags or blocks it, it’s not allowed.
If your modification gives an unfair advantage that the plugin detects, expect punishment.

3.2 Cosmetic/utility clients are allowed
FPS mods, performance mods, shaders, HUD mods, etc. are fine.

4. Staff & Enforcement

4.1 Staff decisions stand
Do not argue with staff, spam appeals, or harass moderators.

4.2 No evading punishments
Alts or VPN ban evasion will result in a permanent ban.

4.3 Report issues properly
Use /report or the website/Discord system to report serious behaviour.

5. Server Security

5.1 No attempts to harm the server
DDoS, packet spam, exploit testing, crash attempts, or anything malicious is an immediate permanent ban.

5.2 No sharing or abusing exploits
If you find a bug or glitch, report it. Don’t use it to damage the server.

6. Final Notes

This server is meant to be raw, competitive, and mostly unfiltered — but never hateful and never toxic to the point of harming others.
The only rules that matter are respect, safety, and not breaking the server itself.

The server is owned and maintained by a minor with parental guidance. An adult supervises all financial and administrative aspects. Safety, fairness, and transparency remain core priorities.

2. Age Guidance

Minecraft itself is rated for ages 10+, but online servers introduce communication, teamwork, and social interaction.

Doge SMP is suitable for most ages, but we recommend parental supervision for younger players — especially those under 13. We maintain strict in-game chat rules to ensure the environment stays appropriate and enjoyable for everyone.

3.1 Chat Moderation

We do our best to moderate the chat. However, we cannot guarantee perfect filtering of all communication in real time. Our team is committed to keeping the community safe and respectful. We address inappropriate behavior as soon as it is reported or detected. Sometimes, players may see harmful messages before we take action. We work hard to keep this exposure minimal.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Items that are dirty, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that for all approved refunds, a handling fee of 15% of the paid item amount will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies only to the product price and does not include shipping costs or any applied discounts. The handling fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with returns.

Refundable Items

All physical items purchased from our store are refundable if they meet the above eligibility requirements. Items that fail to meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund. We do not offer any refund for digital items like ranks or player buffs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items Bought during a Sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

After inspecting the item, we will choose between a full refund or a complete product exchange.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
